Shahinur Rahman completed Post Graduation (MBA) in Management from Dhaka University and started his career in 2002 with Partex Group as MIS Officer. Subsequently, he joined Bangladesh Electronic Payment Systems (BEPS) Limited as a Software Engineer in 2005. BEPS is a joint venture (with SilverLake Symmetri, Malaysia) Information Technology company which offers Banking Solution including Core Banking System, Card Management System, ATM controller etc.
In 2010, Shahinur joined NCC Bank as Project Manager and then worked extensively in Banking Industry serving NCC Bank, Community Bank & Standard Bank as Head of Card Division. He also led ADC, Digital Banking & Retail banking division during his tenure at banking industry..
In 2016, Shahinur started his own venture I-Clique Solutions Limited (ICSL) & partnered with world’s renown tech companies like Silverlake Symmetri, Malaysia, Thales & FIME from France and so on to serve the banking sector. At present, many local private sector Banks are using ICSL system for operating their banking solutions. As the Vice Chairman of I-Clique Solutions Limited, he is actively involved in Card & ATM System implementation, EMV equipment like card, ATM, POS certification, Contactless Payment System & consultancy to various banks by representing several multinational companies as local agent..
As a part of continuous advancement, Shahinur started another venture Panoramic Solution Limited to offer various services like ERP implementation, Call Center Solution, School Management System, 3rd Party services for financial institutes & customized tailor-made software development services..
